Account Deletion – Gateway

Gateway is an employee-only mobile application.
User accounts are created and managed by the organization through an internal web-based dashboard.

How to request account deletion:
Employees can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting their organization administrator
or by emailing ict@seher.org.pk from their registered email address.

Deletion process:
After verification, the administrator will permanently delete the user account and associated data from the system.
Access to the mobile application will be revoked.

Data deleted:
• User profile information
• Login credentials
• Location history
• Uploaded photos/selfies
• Attendance and activity records

Retention:
Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for audit or legal purposes before permanent deletion.
