SEHER is guided by a vision of a Society where poorest of the poor, marginalized, socially excluded and never reachable are empowered to overcome their miseries/poverty, social, political and economic burdens and enjoy equal human rights and opportunities to lead a life of dignity and self-fulfillment.
Child protection is one of the most important thematic areas of SEHER. Violence negligence and abuse, labor, exploitation and discrimination are
threats throughout the life cycle of children, which endanger their healthy growth.
SEHER strives to improve both the position and condition of women through providing them an enabling environment for their empowerment. Adopting women empowerment as core thematic areas in “SEHER”
200 Child clubs formed and functional in schools for the child rights and protection of children in the most deprived province of Baluchistan. Education facilities to 3000 girls and boys in Temporary learning centers.

SEHER Health and Hygiene program provides expertise and interventions aimed at saving lives and reducing illness through global access to safe
water, adequate sanitation, and improved hygiene.
Deep analysis of the micro-macro development indicates that “poverty is dominance dependence relationship; the more one is dependent the more s/he is poor”. Empowerment of the poor is critical to the poverty alleviation.
Humanitarian aid is action designed to save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain and protect human dignity during and in the aftermath of emergencies. Provision of support immediately in a disaster.
One of the core thematic area of SEHER, focusing on Communities with a purpose of Knowledge improvement & conceptualization of participation and community Mobilization, Participatory development.
SEHER is working for protection of all kinds of rights of the public, specifically of children, women, Refuge, juvenile, prisoners and minorities in
Balochistan. Multiple projects are implemented.
Rehabilitation of survivor of Sexual/Gender Bases Violence, CSEC, trafficked, abused, discriminated, bounded labor children and women. Children working in hazard labor (Children bound to labor) are identified.
